Revised Use Agreements for Shared Use of Multi-Use Building and Certain Vehicles

Below are links to Signed Use Agreements for the Multi-Use Building (MUB) and two vehicles that are owned by the HOA but are jointly used by the HOA and the CPVFD for the good of all members of Crystal Park.  These agreements are the result of a meeting between representatives of the Metro District Board and representatives of the HOA Board and were approved at the HOA Board meeting on August 26 and at the Metro Board meeting on September 1, 2010.

Signed Agreements with Local Governments and Fire Departments

Agreement for Automatic Aid between the City of Manitou Springs and the Crystal Park Metro District September 11, 2011
